We’ve spent years connecting with military spouses who are counting down deployment, and without fail one of the top challenges we’ve seen our community face while counting down is sleep. In this season so far from our partner it can be tough to establish an evening routine that works and helps us to get the rest that we need.
As we count down together in the month of April we’re putting all our focus on ways that we can Sleep Tight every night! From creating bedtime rituals that help us wind down to discovering new tools to promote peace and relaxation- we’re going all-in on finding our best night’s rest ever even as we count down to homecoming!
